Extended Swim Platform - Spacious Interior - Walk-Through Windshield - 11ft Beam - A/C & Heat - 350 Mercs - Bravo 2 Drives
The largest boat in the Maxum fleet when she was introduced in 1994, the 3200 SCR offers an exceptionally functional deck and cabin layout with an impressive amount of space for a 32-foot express cruiser. Built on a solid fiberglass hull with a generous 11-foot beam, she provides a spacious and comfortable interior while maintaining the performance and handling expected of an express cruiser.
Below deck, the versatile mid-cabin layout features double berths forward and aft, a convertible dinette, a complete galley, and a stand-up head with sink and shower. A privacy curtain forward and folding door aft separate the sleeping accommodations from the main salon. Headroom is excellent throughout, including in the aft cabin, which also benefits from a large opening window!
On deck, the cockpit is designed with entertaining and practicality in mind. Facing settees aft provide plenty of seating for family and guests, while the double-wide helm seat folds out to create an additional lounge. A wide and safe centre transom door makes boarding from the swim platform easy, while the walk-through windshield provides convenient access to the foredeck sun pad and bow.
Power comes from a pair of time-tested MerCruiser 5.7L V8s, an engine platform well known for its simplicity, durability, and long-standing reputation for reliability. They are paired with equally straightforward Bravo II sterndrives, which utilize large props to provide strong low-speed control and efficient power delivery with characteristics similar to an inboard-powered boat. The 3200 SCR cruises comfortably around 20 knots with a top speed of 30+ knots. Another standout feature is the unusually spacious engine compartment. Unlike many express cruisers of this size, the 3200 SCR provides excellent access around the engines and major mechanical components.
