The Beneteau Swift Trawler 48 is a purpose-built long-range passagemaker delivering over 600 nautical miles of range at 9 knots. The semi-planing hull by MICAD maximizes fuel efficiency across the speed range, while twin Cummins QSB 6.7 diesel engines provide a 21-knot top speed with the standard 380 HP option, or 25 knots with the 425 HP upgrade. Three staterooms sleep eight, including an owner suite and two guest cabins with two full heads and showers. The innovative Terrace to the Sea cockpit concept opens to the water, and the 19-foot air draft is carefully considered for inland waterway navigation.
