Description
This is a truly historic vessel, designed by the legendary C. Raymond Hunt. The Surfhunter 25 is an iconic model that has influenced many boat designs over the years. Known for its smooth, dry ride, the Surfhunter 25 is comfortable on any course, turns with authority, and provides a dry ride
Named "Wahine" (Hawaiian translation “female surfer”). This boat was re-powered in 2010 with a Mercruiser SeaCore 350MAG and Bravo Three drive system. It has been meticulously stored, maintained and regularly serviced. Wood trim was completely stripped, repaired and revarnished (6 coats of new varnish applied) in 2024. Baytested at 4800 RPM's and 42 MPH.
The interior features a cuddy cabin with a comfortable V-berth, a marine head, cold water hand pump sink, as well as ample storage with shelves and lockers. Two opening ports, an overhead hatch, and a varnished teak and holly cabin floor complete the space, making it both functional and charming.
